Why Option Estates exists
Davi Thakar has been a mortgage broker for over ten years, running Option Finance. Over that time he saw the same problems again and again with the agents selling and letting his clients' homes: slow replies, prices that looked good at the valuation but did not sell, and nobody joining up the sale with the mortgage.
Option Estates was set up to fix that. We price from what has actually sold, we publish our fees, and we put as much work into the weeks after an offer as the weeks before it. And because Option Finance is in the same office, the mortgage side of your move is joined up with the sale from day one.

How we work
Prices from evidence
Every valuation comes with the Land Registry sold prices behind it, so you can check the figure yourself.
Fees on the page
0.75% to sell and 8% to manage, no VAT and no set-up fee. Every fee is published.
Your home, properly shown
Professional photos, a floor plan and a 360 tour on every home we sell, and we host every viewing.
Full management only
We do not offer tenant find on its own. If we choose the tenant, we stay with you for the whole tenancy.
Chased to completion
Solicitors, surveys and mortgage offers followed up every week, with an update to you each time.
The mortgage, joined up
Option Finance in the same office, with no broker fee on your next mortgage when you sell with us.
