Selling in Beeston?

What do you want to do?

Living in Beeston

Beeston is a town in Broxtowe about three miles south west of Nottingham city centre. The University of Nottingham's University Park campus is on its north east side, and Boots has its headquarters about a kilometre east of the town centre.

The main shopping street, High Road, is largely pedestrianised, and the tram runs through the town into the city. To the west are Chilwell, Toton and Bramcote, and Attenborough Nature Reserve lies beside the Trent.

Homes in Beeston

The West End and St John's Grove are conservation areas. Beeston Rylands, south of the railway, mixes homes and industry and has a history of flooding from the Trent, so it is worth checking the flood risk for any postcode there.

The sold prices further down this page show what has changed hands here over the last year. If you are thinking of selling, we can talk you through which streets sell fastest.
